The Willamette Law Review is published quarterly from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. The Review began publication in 1959 as the Willamette Law Journal, focusing on issues of general legal interest. Each year the Review hosts a symposium dedicated to in-depth examination of a legal topic of current importance. The papers presented are then published in the annual symposium issue of the Review.
Our goal is to provide well-researched, topical, cogent, and useful legal scholarship on issues of importance to lawyers throughout the Pacific Northwest and the nation. For information on subscriptions, submitting articles, recent issues, or the upcoming symposium, please follow the links above.
